Delivery and Returns Information
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your sofa(s) within 14 days of purchase.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 days for remote areas such as Scotland.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to most areas within mainland UK.
However, we do not deliver to the following postcodes or regions: HS, IV, PH, AB, PA, BT, IM or any Channel Islands, Remote Islands, Northern Ireland, or any UK overseas territories.
Delivery Fees
A £49.00 delivery fee applies to the following postcode areas:
DG, KA, TD, ML, EH, DD, G, FK, KY, EX, PL, TR, TQ, CT.
This fee is paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
Delivery Inside the Property
Our courier will deliver your sofa to your room of choice on the ground floor.
If you require delivery upstairs or downstairs, please discuss this directly with the courier.
They may charge a small additional fee, payable to them on delivery
Delivery Scheduling and Contact
Our courier will contact you directly using the mobile number provided at checkout to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Please note that delivery dates may depend on the courier’s route, and rescheduling could cause delays.
Missed Deliveries
If you miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will contact you to rearrange.
A missed delivery fee may apply.
Product Fit and Access
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the items will fit through doorways, hallways, and access points within the property.
Most of our sofas are delivered in parts, so fitting issues are rare.
If an item cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, a delivery and return fee may be deducted from your refund.
Assembly Service
Assembly is not included as standard.
Please discuss any setup requirements directly with the courier.
Depending on their schedule, they may be able to assist for a small additional charge
Damages and Liability
Property Damage
Our couriers are experienced in manoeuvring furniture carefully.
If they believe damage may occur, they will stop and inform you before proceeding.
Please note that neither we nor the courier are liable for any property damage during delivery.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery and report any visible damage before signing the delivery note.
If damage is identified at that point, the courier may take the item back immediately, and you will receive a full refund.
We cannot accept claims for transit damage once items have been signed for in good condition.
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return your item for a full refund.
You will need to organize and cover the cost of the return delivery to our warehouse.
Returned items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition.
All items will be inspected upon return before a refund is issued.
Product Faults (Within 60 Days)
Our sofas are handmade and built to last. However, in the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault occurs within 60 days of delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a collection and full refund or a partial refund.
After 60 days, faults caused by general wear and tear or misuse will not be covered.
